The club sees Ralph very much as a centre-back these days and the majority of his recent appearances have been there. However he still boasts a great goalscoring record and will remain a threat at set-pieces. He has recently become the club's captain after some fine performances early in the season.

Notes	Ralph signed for Magpies in October of 2008 and but for the terrible winter weather, he would have made his Magpies debut a lot sooner than the away game with Shelford Falcons in March 2009. One of the younger players in the squad, he is a real talent, versatile quick and strong as well as good in the air, he has fitted into the side very well.
